Paunkovski versus Republic of Macedonia
Dear Madame,
Fully conscious that the time limit for additional
observations (November 6 2007) set by the
President of the Chamber, has expired long time
ago, I'm using this opportunity to inform you that
The Government of the Republic of Macedonia has
considered the Written observations of the
Bulgarian Government on their session held on
21.12.2007, and decide to authorize the Government
agent to express the Government’s opinion that it
doesn't seem appropriate by the Bulgarian
Government to refer to the case law of the Court
which is not respected and enforced by the
Bulgarian Government.
Hoping that the Chamber will pay attention on this
fact
